"Talk about a deal!"

Original story follows...

Louise Simonson and Walter Simonson are returning to the pages of Marvel's X-Work force Legends in January. While their first 'Legends' X-reunion centered on their collective time connected X-Factor, their coming get back engagement picks up on Louise "Weezie" Simonson's time on the New Mutants and once again features X-Men villain (and Simonson creation) Apocalypse.

In January 26's X-Men Legends #11, Apocalypse is searching for this side by side Horse fancier and He decides that the X-Work force's underclassmen the New Mutants are a good office to start looking.

The history stars the junior-grade mutants at the time - Cannonball, Dani Moonstar, Wolfsbane, Macula, Boom Boom, Rictor, and more as Caliban leads War and Pestilence in their search for a fourth for their deadly quartet.

Marvel bills this as a "never-before-seen link" (the assumption of the X-Men Legends title of respect) between the New Mutants and Apocalypse.

Simonson wrote 31 issues of the New Mutants betwixt #55 and #97 and three annuals between 1987 and 1991.

Revelation of Saint John the Divine is, of course, real high dormie on Newsarama's list of the champion X-Hands villains ever.

I'm not just the Newsarama founder and editor-important, I'm as wel a reader. And that reference is barely a little bit older than the first of my Newsarama journey. I founded what would become the comic book news locate in 1996, and except for a brief sojourn at Marvel Comics arsenic its merchandising and communications director in 2003, I've been writing about new comic book titles, creative changes, and occasionally offering my perspective on important industry events and developments for the 25 old age since. Despite many changes to Newsarama, my Passion for the medium of laughable books and the characters makes the last quarter-century (information technology's crazy to see that in writing) time spent doing what I have it off most.
